Independent Living Residences
A variety of independent lifestyle options are offered, including studio, one or two bedroom apartments, and villa homes. A one-time residency fee is paid at the time of occupancy with provision for refund after termination of residence. The monthly service fee varies according to the size of the unit and options.

Become a part of our apartment community and have the worries of every day chores taken care of by our loving staff so that you can enjoy the true meaning of your retirement. Enjoy all the services that apartment living has to offer, such as: daily noon meal, weekly housekeeping and linen services, transportation and so much more. Our apartment community offers three styles of apartments: studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom ranging from 334 square feet to over 1000 square feet.

Villas

Our villas are located on the hills behind the apartment community building. Join our villa community and experience the spaciousness of your own home without the worries of maintenance and find out what a true neighborhood is all about.
Each villa has a style of its own featuring fireplaces, cathedral and vaulted ceilings, sun rooms, bay windows and more amenities than you can imagine in one home. Our villa community offers several different floor plans from approximately 1200 square feet to over 2000 square feet. We also have a building program available for those who are interested in building their new villa.
