You have questions and we have the answers!  Here is a list of frequently asked questions by residents as they were beginning to make the decision to move to Fletcher Park Inn.  You may have other questions…feel free to contact us.

• What type of residences does Fletcher  Park Inn offer?
  Fletcher Park Inn offers independent villa and apartment homes with several floor plans to choose from to meet your personal needs.  We also have a building program for our villa homes where you can design your own dream retirement home.
  
  
• What are the features of the residences?  Are changes permissible?
  The apartments feature wall to wall carpet and ceramic tile throughout the apartment.  Each apartment is equipped with a range, refrigerator and garbage disposal.  There are apartments with optional appliances such as dishwashers or microwaves.  Many apartments have beautiful porches and decks overlooking our spectacularly maintained grounds.  Each unit also features vertical blinds on all windows and sliding glass doors.  Each unit has proper safety equipment such as smoke detectors and sprinkler systems. 
  
  The villas feature many different options.  Most villa homes have wall-to-wall carpet and ceramic tile throughout the home, however some have hard wood floors and other upgrades.  They feature fully equipped kitchens with range, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal and microwaves.  Many feature large porches and decks with amazing views.  Each unit  also features vertical blinds on all windows and sliding glass doors.  Each unit is properly equipped with safety equipment such as smoke detectors. 
  
  Many apartment and villa units reflect resident’s individual taste and style.  You may customize your unit to your liking with written permission from administration. 

• What about meals?
  Fletcher Park Inn provides a daily meal at the noon hour.  The meal consists of three entrees:  vegetarian, vegan and meat.  Each meal consists of not only the entrée but also a large selection salad bar, starch, two vegetables, beans, soup, bread and wonderful dessert.  The noon meal is provided to the apartment residents and is a part of their monthly service fee.  The villa residents may purchase the meal through our monthly meal program or they may purchase tickets that can be used anytime.
  
  
• What is a Residency License Fee?
  Fletcher Park Inn is a “life-rights purchase” community.  This means that you purchase the life-rights to reside in the home of your choice.  The price you pay to purchase the life-rights is called a residency license fee.  This fee is up to 90% refundable after termination of residence
  
  
• Is the Monthly Fee subject to change?
  Yes.  Fletcher Park Inn will adjust fees by a percentage to reflect the increases in the cost of doing business.  Administration notifies the resident 60 days prior the date of the increase.  In general, the increases occur on an annual basis.

• Is there a wait list? 
  Yes.  But that doesn’t mean you cannot move into our community today!  Many of our wait list candidates are waiting on a particular time frame., a particular unit or are waiting until their house sells.  Each person interested in joining the Fletcher Park Inn family is encouraged to join the wait list family.  The cost of joining the wait list is $1000 and this fee is refundable if for some reason you decide not to come to Fletcher Park Inn.  Upon move in, the $1000 is applied to your Residency License Fee.
  
  
• What do I do if I find a home I want, but have to wait to sell my house?
  With the economy as it is today, this is becoming a more popular question.  Fletcher Park Inn understands the need to sell your house before moving into our community and has developed various programs to accommodate your individual situation. 
  
  
• Can I afford Fletcher Park Inn?
