Fletcher Park Inn offers a choice of two lovely housing opportunities. Our apartment homes vary in size from approximately 325 square feet, to over 1000 square feet. Studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom varieties are available. All apartments are housed within our main building, positioned in the front of the campus. Parking spaces are available all around the building. The one-time residency license fee and monthly service fee vary according to the size of the apartment. Our villa homes vary in size from 1,100 square feet, to over 2,500 square feet. The residency license fee and the monthly service fee vary according to the size of the unit. Currently, FPI's villa home community consists of thirty-two buildings, with more than sixty living units: fourteen duplexes, three triplexes, four quads, and eleven single units. More units are currently under construction. Most villas have two bedrooms and two baths. Some also have a den and/or a separate laundry room.
