Executive Director
John Johnson has served as the
Executive Director of Fletcher
Park Inn since November of 2005.
He has over thirty years
experience managing Commercial
and Residential Property, both
here in the US and abroad. John
is also a retired US Army
Captain. In his spare time, John
enjoys hiking, mountain bike
riding, rock-collecting, and
studying history. |

Marketing Director
Joy Hougan has worked at
Fletcher Park Inn since September
2007 and has over ten years
in sales, marketing and office
experience. .

Lisa Metcalf

Activities Director
Fletcher Park Inn has been Lisa's "home away from home" since August 1997. Coming in with a wealth of retail management experience, Lisa has been a versatile employee, first working in the Housekeeping and Food Service departments before becoming Activities Director. Whether it is planning trips to the mall, or arranging transportation to your doctors appointment, Lisa is the woman to talk to! She enjoys reading, drawing, working with children and the elderly, along with participating in a puppet ministry. |

Sue Milks
Housekeeping Director
Sue Milks has worked at
Fletcher Park Inn since July
1997. Besides keeping the homes
of residents clean, she has also
worked in the food service
department at the academy. Sue
loves spending time with her six
children and two grandchildren.
She also enjoys gardening,
camping, going to the beach, and
working on various crafts.

Connie Peters

Office Manager
Connie Peters has worked on the
Fletcher Academy campus since
May 2000. For the first six
years her responsibilities were
at the Corporate Finance Office
as Accounts Payable Clerk and as
secretary to the former
president and CEO. In September
2006, Connie joined the staff at
Fletcher Park Inn as Office
Manager. She enjoys time with
her husband, children and six
grandchildren, cooking, music,
reading and collecting bears.
